Her Campus BU is my pride and joy at my university. I was selected as Editor-in-Chief + President/Campus Correspondent at the end of my freshman year and transitioned into that role from the PR team.

Currently, I oversee over 130+ members across Writing, PR, Events, and Social Media teams and we are still growing!

Additionally, I edit and publish content seven days a week. On average, we post about 50+ articles a week. We also collaborate with prominent brands and publications such as The New York Times (Get With the Times), Primark, Garnier, Mary Kay and more for editorial, social media, and marketing campaigns.

We hold meetings with the executive board and our members weekly which I take the lead on. In addition to hosting meetings, we also hold a plethora of events ranging from networking conferences to movie nights with our members

On the PR team, I enjoyed the freedom that came with my position and I brainstormed different campaign ideas to take charge of. In the end, the most prominent campaign I helped spearhead was a mental health initiative on campus.

Show Intern

Fall of 2019, I began interning for WTBU, Boston University's student-run radio station on the show Ladies of History which airs every Tuesday from 2-4 p.m.

Ladies of History discusses the impact on society of women who aren’t in history books but should be, as they made groundbreaking discoveries, started social or art movements, and changed the face of the world.

As an intern, I was responsible for the section 'Women in the News' where we discussed women who had been making headlines that week or issues surrounding women everywhere. I also assisted with show outlines and interviews.

As of December 2019, I am now a Radio Host for Ladies of History!

marketing staff

Fall of 2019, I began working on the marketing staff for The Bunion, Boston University's online satirical publication.

As part of the marketing staff, I took lead on our social media outreach challenge where we would collaborate on social media stunts in order to grow the publication's audience.

I spearheaded comedic content on various platforms, predominantly Instagram and Twitter. We would come up with satirical twists on typical college advice and came up with quizzes and polls to engage the audience in campus-related jokes.

Consultant

Guerrilla marketing Society

Boston, MA | 2018-2019

Fall of 2019, I began working as an Awareness Marketing Consultant for The Guerrilla Marketing Society, a student-led club that functions as a marketing consulting group for companies on a local and national scale varying from start-ups, to restaurants, to established brands.

I was fortunate to work with Cafe Landwer, a restaurant near BU's campus. My team and I brainstormed ways to make their restaurant more student-friendly by branding them more like a coffee shop and cafe rather than the typical full-service restaurant.

We ended up implementing a happy hour program for their drink menu where they would give students discounts at certain hours of the day. Additionally, we brainstormed creative marketing implementations such as postcards for you to send to friends and family and a tally board to see which school comes to the cafe more. Whoever has the most tallies receives 10% off any pastry or drink.
